Scheduled and paid for class/training may be cancelled, however, a credit to your account in the amount you paid for the class/training will be issued, must be used within 1 year from the date of the original scheduled class/training, and only the amount you paid will be credited to the future class/training. Future class/training prices are not guaranteed and may increase, so a requirement to add funds to your credit may be needed in order to use that credit toward a future class/training. In order to qualify for this credit, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the class or training you are scheduled. No credit for a future class/training will be issued for any cancellations less than 30 days before the scheduled training date because of the class size limit. Please make sure of your schedule, and plan accordingly.
In the event that a class is cancelled by Quantum Defense LLC due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances, a credit will be applied to your account for a future session.
